James drove a long way and arrived my townhouse at 8pm as I told him that I need the service ASAP. He was very friendly and professional. The dryer vent is on the outside wall at 3rd floor and I thought he couldn't reach there. But he managed to climb on the second floor roof first then reached out the vent to unblock the vent door and cleaned the vent. He told me that he would not ask for full charge as my tenant already cleaned the vent inside and he will still give me 1 year warrantee. But I insisted to give him full charge which I think is very reasonable. Finally he gave me a little bit discount. I highly recommend James' T.A.S.K.

James was very professional and genuinely cared about finding the source of the air duct issue we were having. He and his staff were very courteous and mindful of keeping our home clean through the whole process. James is a very honest man and does a very thorough job of cleaning the air ducts. I had tried some attic cleaners who advertised in Home Mag earlier and felt cheated. James is courteous and actually charged me less than his initial estimate because I had fewer registers. He cleaned 2 separate systems and desantized by fogging them as we had mice running through the ducts. He explained what he did and wont ask you to do any unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend him.

James was running late due to traffic, but he called to let me know. James was great, very polite. He got my very dirty dryer vent cleaned and my dryer is no longer telling me to check vent. I am very happy with his work & would use him again.
