Moises and Alex did a great job in fixing outstanding issues with the heat pump. The work was done professionally and quickly, at a fair price.

They have been extremely professional from start to finish with my new HVAC system. Everyone included. Alex, Tyler, Moises and Efrain are very easy to with with. I had messed up on something that slowed down the installation and complicated the process but they went out of their way to accommodate me still. There were no complaints or poor effort on their end because of my mistake. Very impressed by that. Going to use them for other services, too going forward!

A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough.

Initially I was skeptical not knowing what to expect from SwiftPro because I had never used them before. They sure did surprise me with their professionalism and expertise in installing a new TRANE HVAC system in my home. Not only was the work excellent, but it was also done in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. Our 40 year old furnace went out during a cold snap this spring and Moises was able to replace our whole system with a Trane dual fuel furnace system that works with our solar and gas as well as new AC unit. We were delighted by the significantly reduced power consumption this summer on AC down from $500 to $75 a month! The whole system cost us about half of what my co-worker paid for theirs. Moises and his crew were timely, professional and kind. Later this summer, my Ecobee for controlling my mom's HAVC system went out and Moises was there within two hours to fix it. Let me just start off by saying I was skeptical in the beginning because I had never used the services offered by Tyler and crew in the past. But they really surprised me with their professionalism and expertise they demonstrated in installing an excellent TRANE HVAC system at my home. Tyler, the project manager, and I had several conversations leading up to the install so I could clearly understand the product and process. He patiently explained everything to ensure I was fully satisfied.
