I had a little issue at first with my order. But they came through and corrected the problem.

We had a Solatube installed in our entryway. The men arrived on time and went right to work. They finished and cleaned up in 2 hours. We now have a lovely light in what was a very dark portion of our living room. Couldn't be happier.

Get everything in writing

When is the last time a service provider called to see if it would be alright to arrive a couple hours early? Eddie, with approval, arrived 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled. Fabulous! Performed a service inspection of a rolling patio covering. Obviously is an expert in his trade. Professional, courteous, and excellent service! Thank you.

Very impressed with their explanation of the project I wanted done. The installer came to the house and explained the options that were available to us. After we showed him where we wanted the Solatube installed he went straight to work after spreading protective coverings in the area. After the tube was installed he demonstrated to us the type of lens and affect they would have on the light coming into the area. After finishing the installation he left the area spotless. He then, again, explained our warranty for the product, I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. I even plain to invite the neighbors in to show what a difference it has made in our kitchen. Also, appreciated the follow call to see if we were satisfied with the work and the installer. Great customer service.

They were honest and easy to work with, but after the deal was signed I felt the price was a little high. They installed the awning as promised on 3/9.

I would highly recommend them and they do a great job. They have great follow up and wonderful customer service.
