Michael was our installer. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of the project, and the customer service he provided was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone needing Solatubes. The amount of light in the dark areas of our home is amazing!

While it pains me to write this, I feel I must to hopefully prevent someone, anyone, from going through what I have been through! Sunshine Experts has always been friendly and responsive to the couple of issues I have had with their rolling screens and the solar attic fan. Well, that is, until the chips are down. Sunesta cannot repair, nor will replace a screen that has been faulty since installation about 1.5 years ago. I have contacted Sunshine Experts several times to see if they will stand behind the very expensive product they sold me. The best they will do is keep putting me back in touch with the Sunesta representative that is rude, condescending, dilly-dallies on returning calls or emails, and cannot fix the screen! They will not stand behind the product they sold to you if you are having issues and no longer sell it! They told us they no longer sell Sunesta products because Sunesta stole/ripped them off for more than $300k. So, if you are considering going with Sunshine Experts, and live here in southern AZ, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take heed of this warning. Do not use them or do so accepting the fact they will play pass the buck. Now that my mother lives here I will be recommending her to Tuscon Rolling Shutters or some other company.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sunshine Experts. My awning is more beautiful than I expected. Their Customer Service was second to none, Installation was perfect. Every time I spoke with someone at Sunshine, I felt as though I were dealing with a close friend or relative. They were the best.

Showed up on time put down tarps explaind the location of skylight did install cleaned up explained the features start to finish 1 1/2 did so well the neighbor had one installed on their home

The installer was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. And, the people in the office are very helpful and willing to help the customer.

The solar tubes made my living area much more enjoyable. I was feeling rather claustrophobic prior to the installation. When I had an issue with one it was taken care in a timely manor.
