Prompt response to my inquiry Some confusion about scheduled appointment but once serviceman came he performed the work on a timely efficient basis.

They were late and they did not show up till the next day and it was a run around.

this was our customer and we did have issues with the address and communication. We have since regained their trust in our company and have put in numerous skylights for them. We deserved the 2 - star rating for our mishaps on first visit but we did make it up and won the job. Great People to have as a customer!Â

Fast, professional and friendly service! We installed two solar tubes; they gave u advice as to placement and they were spot on! Very friendly and efficient, and high quality work. I'd recommend them! We are VERY satisfied!

I am very satisfied with the 14â round solar tube. The installer completed the installation in less than two hours and was very professional. I would definitely use this company again. The only negative thing I can say is II was expecting much more light out of the solar tube. It is not nearly as bright as pictures show in the product brochures or when the lights are on, but it does lighten up the space.
