He did not finish the job. Kept telling us different days he was coming back, then did not come back and stopped communicating with us. He asked us for money for partial services rendered on the initial visit which we paid on the assurance he would be back the following week. The job is not done and will have to hire someone else to finish it.

The work was performed as requested by the client. The client paid only for the services that were rendered! The client wanted 2 of the trees trimmed completely different than what we agreed on. We told that client that would be fine however we would need a bucket lift which wasn?t ready available and there was a wait. We performed a tree pruning down the street a few days later, which we did not need a bucket lift. After finishing the job I stopped by the clients house to let him know we would be back as soon the bucket lift was available. The client became outraged and screaming at me because someone else?s job came before his, which was no
