  Comment: Basement conditions- Mold is indicated as follows: ● Systemic to the subfloor and joists surfaces (dimensional wood members above) ● Systemic to wall board as seen at the partitions of the bathroom and stairwell ● Areas of masonry where dust and moisture indicates for a mixture of dark staining which is mainly mineral deposits, and settled dust build up which can support microbial growth. ● Panels on the ceiling of the crawl space at the rear areas. ● Doors, walls, and features at the rear, subject to humidity, moisture and dust / dirt. ● Settled dusts are seen throughout, on top of beams, on joists / reinforcement members and on heating pipes. Molds seen here: ● Penicillium / Aspergillus (mildew group) on walls,subfloor and in dust ● Cladosporium- common outdoor mold on lower walls foundation walls subject to moisture.
