Ketty has worked for me for over two years. She and her team of professional cleaners are hard working honest, and take pride in their work. I have them come weekly and it makes my life so much easier. I highly recommend them for one time deep clean, move-out cleaning, and scheduled cleanings!

I've been using Spotless Maids Service for five years and am very happy with their services. It's always a pleasure and great relief to have the house tidied and thoroughly cleaned. Their rates are very reasonable. A team of two works efficiently and cleans our three floors in about two hours. The owner, Ketty, is always very responsive via text if schedule needs to be adjusted or if you need extra deep cleaning done in certain areas.

The first clean was great, then after that things were just ok, they missed stuff. My biggest complaints would be them breaking things and not telling me. They would clean and leave without checking in to see if I was satisfied. They were sometimes late and also took some of my cleaning supplies that they asked me to purchase. Last canceled with little notice and I was left to clean myself with short notice as we had and guest coming over. I think they are reasonably priced but customer service lacks, I would not use them again.
