Pretty much EXACTLY what I want from a professional. Clear communication, timely service, transparent breakdown of cost. He took care of our mold problem, did a thorough clean-up, and even saved me from getting a parking ticket :) Would hire again. Hope to never have to though.

Very responsive. Accommodated my schedule. Appeared on time and evaluated the project and provided a written bid that evening. Discussed the bid with me and completed the job on time and in a workman like manner. Very professional.

We had a time-sensitive mold problem with other repairs depending on this being done first. They fit us in promptly to their schedule and were very professional and thorough in their work. Protected the area from damage and cleaned up completely. Would hire them again for a similar problem.

They were friendly, clear about explaining the work to be done and the cost involved. They timed the work as promised and the cost was reasonable. When tenants noticed that a couple of spots had been missed, they came out within hours to fisx the problem! I have been very impressed by their professionalism. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Calm, collected and apparently thorough, because mold smell is gone. He also asked a contractor to call me for collaboration. Contractor didn't call, but I don't blame Spaulding Decon. Definitely would recommend. An on-time, professional job.
