The team from Walnut Creek performed this project. We tried to understand if and how dangerous was mold infestation being reported in our apartment. Mr. Kirill Mendelson from Spaulding Decon company explained to us which tests should be performed and how pricy are them. He personally performed all work exactly on time we agree with. He also explain to us possible work to be done to clean up an apartment if clean is needed. We received detailed test information from the lab with a detailed explanation of the terminology being used. Kirill answer all questions we have on those reports. It was our pleasure to work with such a nice and knowing person. I highly recommend using Spaulding Decon company for your testing and clean-up services, especially if those services would be performed by Mr. Kirill. By the way, Kirill speaks fluent English and Russian languages. Thank you, Kirill and Spaulding Decon for the perfect work you have done.

Easy and fast communication. Business owner came out quickly per our request, and tested the air quality in an around our home, and did mold testing. He was speedy and kind; very informative of what he was doing and what he would be looking for. Gave us his thoughts and recommendations on what we saw visually, and then put the tests in to the laboratory same day. Results came back within 3 days. I highly recommend them for your mold and air testing needs!
