BIO recommended calling Krill@SpauldingDecon. He came out to look at the mold in the kitchen ceiling, then recommended John Watt from GoodHousingkeeping in Redwood City. The process was well organized. John Watt made our kitchen look like new!

We had an emergency, a plumbing, leak and water damage, as well as some mold. They were prompt in their response, courteous in their customer service, knowledgeable in their work, and responsive. All in all, they did a great job. Some of the items on the bill were a little pricey, but a very good option to handle an emergency circumstance.

This company deserves 5 stars across the board. They eliminated the black mold and smell from my sunroom. The mold had gone through the carpet as well as some old, worn-out furniture. They removed both and disposed of all the affected items. I had picture albums and historic pictures of my parents that they took into my backyard and patiently wiped down and disinfected. I was happily amazed how thorough they were in their work. I then hired them to empty my dad's attic which he used to hoard a lot of items that had not been looked at in 40 years! Spaulding brough each item down from the attic and took them all away for disposal. Kirill and Mike are such professionals. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. So glad I found this company and recommend them highly. Hire them! You will love the result of their work.

Review is really for John Watt with Good Housekeeping, to whom I was referred by Spaulding Decon (who did not have capacity). John was punctual, professional, and very easy to deal with. Work was done on time, to expectation and faster than promised. Expensive but worth it, would hire again.
