Work was done very fast and properly. would like to hire him again.

I needed to have a section of roof with water damaged decking replaced. The job was complicated by the presence of solar panels. The crew removed 3 panels, replaced the damaged roof section, replaced the panels and got my solar system back up and running. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a few hours. The company has a large crew with experts in other areas besides roofing (including electric, solar, and plumbing). The owner was responsive to my concerns and I had no communication issues. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again as needed.

Found the source of the problem and got it fixed same day.

I believe I was extremely overcharged for roof repairs $4,500 and $500 to unclog a HVAC drain pipe. Their cost to repair my roof was increased by $800 after completion of repairs (said he missed some damage during initial observation). I made a classic business mistake by hiring the first contractor and not getting multiple quotes to compare costs. The roof repairs are visually unpleasant because darker shingles were not installed to closer match the existing weathered shingles (see pics). Southwest Roofing quoted me $4,200 to perform sheetrock repsirs and spot paint, but by then I realized I was likely being overchaged for Southwest Roofing services so I solicited a quote from another contractor to perform same repairs and was quoted $750 for the same services as compared to Southwest Roofing quote of $4,200. I learned an expensive lesson but it would have been much worst if I hadn't stepped up my decernment.

Half the price of the competitors we shopped around, professional, friendly, timely, and no upsell fear tactics! Seriously, Frank even cut through some of the malarkey I was fed by a pushy roofer that stopped by before him and warrantied his team’s work for just as long. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and the crew he sent out even sealed the exposed nails on my shed roof with the leftover material. Cannot recommend them enough!
