Siding & Windows: Our project included replacing a bay window, sliding door and all new vinyl siding. We are really pleased with their recommendations, workmanship and follow-up. Both Alan and Joe were great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Joe did an awesome job with the installation of the 4 Windows and fiberglass door we ordered. We spent $5675 for the door, storm door and the Windows but the wincore Windows Alan recommended were very narrow frames and we couldn't install the a.c units we had with our old Windows. When I tried to contact Alan about this problem he basically didn't care to resolve this issue and come by to see the problem. So now we are stuck with small Windows and no a.c units. Thanks Alan for the wonderful service... NOT!!!

We spoke to Mr Peralta after this situation happened and I explained the frame of the new windows may be different than the old windows. There was no mention of any air conditioners; normally we are not responsible for air conditioners, but we resolved over the phone with him of how to resolve the situation mechanically. At that time the customer, apparently, was satisfied and got his air conditioners in. That was the last I heard of it. South Shore is always ready to help any customer with any situation.

Alan is professional and a master of knowledge in his field of work, leaving no question unanswered. He personally oversaw my project from start to finish and gave excellent design advice. Alan is great in explaining design and needs of Windows. He follows up my work order closely and stayed on top of things. Great customer service and great guy to work with. Just like any other home project that homeowner needs to do your own due dilligence on how people finish up the work you like it or prefer it. They wiling to listening and working on per my request.

Their work was very good but their workers need to be watched. Beside Windows I had siding put on the front of the house and a worker trimed my tree without asking and took too much off. But I have to say they were honest and helpful
