"Eventhough I kept missing Leo's return calls, he was very persistent and gave me my best estimate. On the agreed-to date, his workers (led by Carlos) arrived and within 2 hours had removed and ground down the stumps of six 15"-24" diameter white pine trees, as well as removing all resulting debris. Part of the problem with trying to schedule an appointment for an estimate through Home Advisor is that the Pro sometimes misses the notification. I've found calling them seems to give better results."
