South Point Property, LLC provided an above and beyond experience from our first desperate call, to an incredible final product. Unfortunately, I was only able to choose one of the MANY projects they renovated in our home in record time! We were certainly not the easiest clients and were constantly adding more/changing our original designs. They were so patient, eager to please, and offered suggestions we never would have thought of ourselves! They absolutely raised the valuation of our entire property. Doing a full kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, painted the entire home, installed all new flooring, kept a clean work environment and worked extremely long days to meet our crazy deadlines! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for contractors that care about and stand behind their work! Andrew and Chris are brothers and an absolute pleasure to work with! We loved having them around and look forward to our next projects with them! I donâ t see a place for photos here, so I am going to put a bunch on a Google review! Go check out their incredible finishes!!!

South Pointe Properties is a phenomenal company! They (usually Andrew, Chris, & Carmelo) were at our home early and worked long days straight through to meet our timelines. We had a big project to start and with their encouragement and extra hard work, we TRANSFORMED our house into a show worthy home! Projects included tiling the entire Master Bath, new flooring upstairs and on the stairs, painting, epoxying the garage floor, and completely redoing our kitchen! If you can get on their schedule, they are the guys to hire! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! :)

From the bid process to the finished product. They communicated with me the whole way, so I never felt like I was " up in the air" on this project. The painters did a beautiful job and my home looks AMAZING! I would highly recommend this companyâ ¦

Our experience with SouthPointe Property Enhancement was wonderful from start to finish. Andrew was very responsive from the first email, and very patient while we waited for other projects to be completed before he could start. Communication was frequent and timely and he answered all of our many questions almost instantly. While on the jobsite the team was very cordial and friendly. They even brought our trash cans up from the street after it had been picked up and picked some weeds from our flower bed! Finally, when we decided to make a very last minute change (changing a color on something that had already been painted), they didn't show any resentment and were happy to make the change. They pressure cleaned the driveway and sidewalk, too, before they left. We feel confident recommending them to anyone who wants a job completed with honesty and quality.
