My experience with the company was EXCELLENT! Josh call me immediately upon receiving my request and provided a quote. Upon moving into the house (I called prior to closing) I called to schedule an appointment and he was out within 48 hours. During the entire time he was here, he kept me updated as to what he was doing. He also installed a new "no touch" toilet. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and extraordinarily professional. This was an emergency situation - we were over deadline for grand opening of a brand new medical practice. Original work was botched from original contractor. Solution Based was called and responded quickly and were very professional. They immediately (same day) came over and assessed the situation. Told us exactly what they would need to do and stayed in the monetary range they proposed . The work was done quickly and efficiently with great professionalism.
