I had two plumbers out on an emergency call on a Sunday and paid less than $500, (it was more than a clogged drain). They were very responsive and personable. I won't hesitate to call them again.

This company is a diamond in the sand of hundreds of other companies that are out there. Its so hard to find the right one. I DID! Solution Based Heating is my new "go to" company. I'm not a easy customer. Especially when there is a sewer crisis. These guys was understanding & professional. My insurance company was impressed with their professional estimates and follow-up. So if the insurance company is impressed...then that speaks volumes. I had a back to back crisis. The company realized I was in another crisis worked with me the whole way through. Their construction-team was great too!

They were extremely helpful in an awfully stressful situation. We not only had to relocate because of our problem, we were pressed for time. Solution Based were a godsend, not only doing a great job, but also doing so in a timely manner. I would recommend them without hesitation.

When I found out that out sewer drain was clogged and we could not use any of the pluming in the house, I looked on Home Advisor for a plumber. I received several calls. When Solution Based Plumbing, Heating and Burner Service called me I looked up their reviews and decided to go with them. They were GREAT. They came when I wanted them to and stayed till the job was done (10:30 PM). The price was much better than I had expected. I was more than satisfied. If I ever need a plumber again I will not hesitate to use them again.
