Josh, Stacy, and the entire team were fantastic ! They were very personable and professional. The attention to detail was great. The communication, from everyone, was excellent. It was the best experience that I have ever had, with any home project. I would absolutely recommend this company for any task; big or small !

From the initial call they were great. Worked with me to squeeze me in the morning after thanksgiving. The crew showed up on time, walked me through step by step what they were going to do and the cost. They did excellent work , exceeded my expectations. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anybody.

They were very quick to call me after setting up the appointment online. The technicians were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

I was slightly uncomfortable when the technicians arrived as they smelled of cigarettes and did not carry any form of ID. My husband, being more trusting, allowed them in! Turned out they did an excellent job installing the vanity, even removing old tiles to allow for proper fit. The work was very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend them, but still think they should carry ID given the way of the world today!

Put request in late Saturday and they called back right away. Came on Monday to do the work. Provided helpful safety suggestions on how to proceed, which was much appreciated given the fact that we hired them for gas-related plumbing work. Certainly recommend.

I hired Solution-Based Plumbing for three jobs. The first was a hard-to-diagnose leak. Josh, the owner, was very thorough in reviewing several units and the basement of our condominium building. He presented an option of rerouting a line rather than incurring the time and expense to cut through many walls and ceilings to find the leak. We very much appreciated that his thorough investigation resulted in a simpler, lower-cost solution. He and his assistants have been courtesy, prompt, responsive and neat.

They were excellent. Never had a water heater installed like this. Kept in contact all the time. Great. They were a little high on their pricing, but when you see what they do, it's worth it.

I received a phone call immediately even though it was after hours. Even though I was scheduled for Thursday, I received a call back from Josh who said he'd be out Wednesday morning. Came on time, did the work quickly and the price charged was very reasonable. Should I need work in the future, Solution Based Plumbing and Heating will be my first phone call. I highly recommend this company to others.
