They were very professional & very knowledgeable. Straight forward about the service needed and provided. After they serviced our furnace we took them up on their recommendation to properly insulate the attic, sanitize and seal. Happy with service and they really tried to work with us and our budget as much as possible. Will def hire them back and would def recommend.

I have been way, way overcharged for the parts. They charged me $650 for fan motor/cap alone. Later on I found same motor on internet for $150 to $200. The work/service was OK but I'll never use them again.

Hi Nick, The $650 was not for just the fan motor/cap alone, that price included diagnosis, parts and skilled labor. You also wanted the repair done as soon as possible, we made arrangements to make that happen for you, and we got the only OEM part available in Southern California directly from the manufacturer. We also included free future service calls at that property.
