The technicians were all professional, courteous and they did a great job for us! The were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend them and every 6 months we will be having them check and do any repairs on our system.

I am a disabled vet and they were very reasonable, friendly, helpful, and reasonably affordable. They replaced my old 1976 heater with an updated HVAC system with AC, this has made my life more comfortable.

We are seniors and although the technician fixed the problem, he made it seem very temporary. I felt that he was trying to scare me into buying a new and costly unit. He was very fast, so much so that he did not even give me a receipt or any kind of write up of the service provided. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Hi Raymond, We don't try to scare anyone, but thoroughly explain that repairing an older unit may not be the way to go. It can be throwing good money after bad. We have corrected the technician on explaining the service and a receipt was emailed. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us get better as a company.

I contacted SoCal Climate Control late in the afternoon from out-of-state because my 87 year-old mother-in-law was sitting in a sweltering house in Claremont with a broken air conditioner during a 100 degree heat wave. Mike responded almost immediately to my request and promised me heâ d send a technician as soon as he could. Within two hours Ty showed up at her door and in less than an hour had the a/c running and the house cooling off. My mother-in-law was extremely thankful and surprised by the reasonable charge of $400 considering the quick response at such a late hour of the day. This was my first use of Home Advisor and I was so impressed that I have since used HA for three projects on my own house. I cannot thank SoCal Climate Control, Mike and Ty enough and give them my highest recommendation!
