The installer manage to blow out the waterheater pilot. Did not notice and leaf my elderly tenants with cold water. My tenant hired a handy man to relight it. Otherwise the installation was good. Price excellent.

Top notch technicians with top notch equipment. Very satisfied with the service. Very good communication between the scheduling office and customer also. They utilized email and texts to the maximum extent possible to keep me informed of any issues. For the price, can't beat it.

I wish I could rate them below one star. Unfortunately, I have no option. They did the installation a few months ago, and now I need the heating to switch on, but it is not working. I am with my two kids, who are suffering from colds due to the sudden weather change and need the heat turned on. I reported this incident and have no response yet. The day is almost over, and I am worried about the night. I requested that they have a phone assist so that I can troubleshoot myself. They refused. I do not know what is more important to them if they cannot help with urgency. I remember they were chasing me to get the installation every hour; now they don't have time to address this. Please do not use this company. I regret having the installation done by them. Please be wise and learn from my experience. This is a scam company. STAY AWAY.
