Buyer beware, make sure you have all the work that will be done in writing... in writing, keep the copy... I did not get the work invoice and I asked 4 times, I was told they do not give invoices to the customer. The work on my dryer vent is not done up to code, and no customer service was given to me... only rudeness! Will not use Home Advisor again... lesson learned...

We are very disappointed with the customer experience we had with this company. In the end, they completed the repair, but we experienced poor communication and customer service in the process. We spent hours waiting for technicians to arrive and then received confusing and conflicting information about repair needed. Provided a verbal estimate and then charged 50% more when completing the job. Never provided anything in writing upfront but took our motor to have it **repaired or refurbished** Another technician returned with a new motor. The heater works for now but would never hire this contractor again. Certainly did not experience the claims made on the company website. The BBB reflects this company in business for 1 year.
