The project was begun on time and completed on time. The cost was much better than other bids. The workers were friendly and explained each step of the project of installing our air conditioner.

They break parts and do not have insurance to cover their work.

The client has a 30+ year old furnace and was cautioned against repair. The furnace needs to be replaced. We replaced the blower and now other parts have failed. We went above and beyond, running new wire and replacing the transformer for the client at no charge so she has heat until she can afford replacement. We carry a $2 million dollar insurance policy by the way and guarantee our work.

i paid what i thought was fair price for the A/C unit, it took 12 hours to install. And now Im being told there was no permit for the unit.
