Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Troy was great...worked on my old AC unit non-stop for hours...in 114 degree heat outside and extremely hot inside until he repaired it. Located all parts needed and explained everything....all the costs, his and why. I am a completely satisfied customer!!...plus he took every bit of the trash associated with the project. It has only been one day so all is working wonderful. I foresee no problems in the future.

Troy was right on time at 7 AM. Took the time to show me what was wrong with my unit. Also showed me and explained other things about my unit to make sure it was running properly. Advised me about a repair that I might need down the road, but did not "Push" me to make the additional purchase as it was not needed at this time. Would recommend Sinclair Air and would use them again if needed.
