Troy is friendly and professional. His ethics and work are at a high level. He tells you exactly what you need and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. He is very trustworthy and honest. He, Annette (his wife and office manager) and his company are people of their word. We have three members of our family who have used them and we all feel the same way. We would highly recommend them.

I have use this company for many years now.i rate this company a 10. They are so honest and true.i trust this company so much.they are fantastic and honest. And I will keep using this company ya see I have a old unit and somehow he makes it work again .but now my unit is on his last leg so I'm going get another one threw this company they are honest not like some of the others out there. Annette & Troy of Sinclair Air, LLC, provided excellent customer and quality service! Troyâ s work was efficient and he explained everything that I needed to know about the replacement of my old unit. He offered advice and they offered phenomenal pricing without haggling or taking advantage of my ignorance regarding HVACs. I am truly grateful for this family-owned business and the care and concern they had for me and my two children in being without an A/C unit in these extreme temperatures. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for my future HVAC needs!
