The owner Kane, seems to be very knowledgeable in the beginning, and I was very Impressed but very disappointed in the end. He promised to walk us through from beginning to the end until we were up and running, he left us high and dry no communication for weeks ! If you need a major job like this done you need a company that is licensed and bonded the smaller companies cannot accommodate this kind of repair use a larger company and do not sign the contract until you are up and running also make sure they have all permits for work named on contract.

After my basement flooded for the 3rd time, and city sewer service is not being maintained, I called Simon's Sewer Service and 2 other companies for a quote on adding backwater valves and a sump pump to my home. Simon's gave me the information I needed and a price I could handle. Very courteous, remained in contact at all times and performed the work within 3 days and cleaned up before leaving each day. Excellent service!

He also gave me the approximate price so I knew what I needed. I would highly recommend him, he did it right and the problem was solved.
