Reviews
Write a ReviewI HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMONS SEWER SERVICE!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! I was very happy from the initial phone call to set up service to the end of the completed job. Kane was nice on the phone when I called and fit me in for the very next morning. He was professional, yet kind and explained perfectly in "layman's" terms and in detail what needed to be done and what it would cost. I will never hire another Plumbing Company other than SIMONS SEWER SERVICE. I made sure to put their card on my refrigerator and I will be telling my family, friends and neighbors how happy I was at the wonderful service and extremely fair pricing and encouraging each and every one of them to call SIMONS for their next plumbing project!!!
They took $2000 down and never did any work whatsoever for a sewer line replacement. I called many times, but they never refunded the down payment. In the State of Michigan it is a felony to do this. After two and a half years I will be pursuing Simons Sewer Service and Kane D Simons to the full extent of the law and state agencies before the statute of limitations is up on this at 3 years.
Simon's Sewer Service did excellent work, was very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable and efficient. They did what we needed, made it better and more serviceable, and worked with us and our insurance until the job was done.
The crew at Simon's Sewer Service did a great job replacing a broken sewer line under my basement floor. They were efficient and Kane made sure I understood every aspect of the project along the way. I definitely recommend this company.
took care of my problem fast and very professional. highly recommended .
I paid $450 for the following service. fix the leak in bathtub. fix leak in kitchen garbage disposal, snake the drain line for the kitchen. 1. Bathtub leak, they smeared plumber's putty all over the bathtub's knob, it may stop leak, but looks awful. 2. Kitchen sink leak, 1st day, the guy went there and disassemble the drain pipe and left for the weekend. My tenant could not use the kitchen sink over the long weekend. After I called, he went back there assemble the pipes, but the leak was not fixed. So he spray a can of "Flex Seal" that tenant had in the cabinet all over the place. After I called the plumber again. the guy came over the took down the garbage disposal, in the process knocked a hole in the cabinet. and could not put it all back together. 3. as for snake the kitchen drain line, he offered me $2,000 to replace a section of the drain pipe under the basement floor. But the guy he send in to do the work keep begging my tenant to let him to do the job for $1,000. What kind of company is he running?
They showed up within an hour and were very professional and knowlegable. The price was what I expected.
They were on time. Very polite & professional.
