Kane and his crew were amazing. You could tell they have done this before. I just wish I would have found them on phase 1 not on the last ten feet at the street. This is the one crew everyone needs to hire when replacing sewer mains. Thanks guys.

They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. Their first priority was getting my family back to normal. Kane's understanding of the insurance process was a pressure reliever, he actually talked to my adjuster to find out the specifics that the insurance company needed and then proceeded while advising me each step of the way. What a GREAT experience we had with Simons Sewer Service! Kane was very informative about the procedure and communicated every step to me as it happened-which we GREATLY APPRECIATES! (Not too often you have to get your sewer line replaced-so it was great to know what was going on!) They were ON-TIME, courteous, HONEST and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess! I was very happy that they only made a narrow opening and did not disturb my landscaping-like they warned me-might happen! They really took time and care with my home! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Kane and his crew did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work he was going to do in detail, also any problems that might occur with a solution to fix them. He did everything he said was going to do. He wanted to make sure the job was done right so we would not have a problem in the future. I would strongly recommend to hire this company if you have a sewer main problem. We are very happy we hired Simons Sewer Service to repair our broken main sewer line.

Did other work for me and did not finish the job or clean up mess. The water line replacement was done in a timely manner and this mess was cleaned up. I have a problem with the basement leaking where they went through the wal and I have called many times to get this fixed, with no reply from him.
