When I spoke to Jon on the phone originally, he had such a calming quality to him (which I really needed because I was overwhelmed not knowing what was biting me and causing such intense itching. He was extremely knowledgeable. I knew immediately he was the one that I would hire. He is fair priced. He came out the very next day and sprayed my home inside and out. He took time to explain what he was doing. He used chemicals that are non toxic to humans and animals but which kill bugs and it didn't even have an ordor. I didn't have to leave my home at anytime during the spraying. He believed the problem to be bird mites. These little tiny bird mites, were really "Bugging Me". Hopefully, they will be all gone. Jon guarantees his work for 30 days which is so nice to hear these days.
