Hired him and the quote was the same on return to do contract for what I wanted. He will start in approximately 1-2 weeks. Extremely satisfied with his price and information provided.

Was pushing foam roof. After it was done, I wished I could have reconsidered and put shingles instead. Have to wait until it fails, 6 years, then the expense of removing it before shingles can be put down. Once done, discovered several missing tools. Called and was told we didn't take any. I live rural with 5 dogs on the property and no one comes in.

We've had problems with leaky windows for years. S&H contacted me promptly, came out and gave me a solution for a price I could live with. Work was done promptly and cleanly. Absolutely no complaints!

Mr. Forrest came to the house when he said he would. He was very polite and friendly. He went on the roof and inspected my issues. He explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He also pointed out other repairs that needed to be done. like the eves and the cement connecting parts of our tile roof.. Our house is 14 years old, painting and repairing the roof was something that my husband and I have discussed for the last year. We thought the cost to repair the roof and extended porch was more than fair. His company also paints. We hired his company for that too. This is a family business and his two sons worked and supervised the projects. Wonderful family. Everything was done in less than a day. I could not believe it. Roof repair and painting the whole house. Mr. Forrest's crew were so friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough. Poor communication no cell to leave messages the crew was very nice however would not recommend for painting overspray and paint on patio concrete.
