Jason is very honest and takes the time to explain the involvement of the job. He willingly answers questions. We had one glitch in the job and he willingly returned to do the repair. We appreciated his openness and did a good job. The glitch could have happened in any job. There was a bubble in the line and he quickly fixed it and all is working well. He is very pleasant and personable. I would recommend him for a tank replacement job any time. The job changed from a possible tankless installation to a tank installation. His cost was very reasonable compared to several others we had quoted to us.

Jason was quick to reach out and offer to come over for a free estimate and view my plumbing needs. He dove in right away for the small project I needed assistance with, but never provided an estimate of what the work would cost. Once we asked he shared it would be $400 for about an hours worth of work installing a faucet I bought all the materials for. When I asked to better understand why the cost was so high compared to the estimates for other projects he provided me, he wasn?t able to clearly articulate how one hour?s worth of labor was $400 worth. Lessons learned - never let someone begin working without understanding their costs. I wish he?d have checked in first before getting right in to assist. He helped with something that was a DIY project I was a little nervous to do myself. It shouldn?t have been $400?
