An outdoor galvanized steel pipe of mine broke on the Friday afternoon before a three day weekend. I was panicked and calling around and absolutely no one was able to come out before the next Thursday. I don't even know how I called Angie's referral service, but I'm so glad that I did because they connected me to Garsjo Plumbing. He came out the next morning and, despite the pipe being almost completely destroyed by rust and gunk, he was able to cap it and stop the leak. I'll very likely have to replace the whole system in the near future and I'll definitely use Garsjo in that event. He was kind, friendly, and professional and was willing to explain everything to me. His price was very fair as well. Absolutely the best experience with plumbing services I've ever had.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Great communication. On time. Sensitive to budget. Bid was lower than other bids, but no shortcuts on the project. Thorough. Friendly. Flexible with scheduling to meet my situation. Even very patient and friendly with my rather annoying dog.. Went beyond the job scope when I asked for help lifting a heavy planter. Will use him for all my plumbing needs.
