Swell Plumbing

We had a heat pump water heater installed when our old water heater died. Jason with Swell Plumbing delievered with quick response time, good communication and quality work. We got several quotes from other plumbers, his pricing was fair and he didn't try to upsell or charge more after completing the job. Overall, Swell Plumbing was great to work with.

Jason was coming out to bid a water heater replacement. It happened that our kitchen sink backed up the day he showed up. And, since my DIY effort with a 20 foot "snake" didn't fix it, Jason agreed to look at it while here. It took a couple of hours under the house, and involved reengineering a couple of faulty work done by a former contractor. But the clog is gone. Jason and his new assistant were amazingly resourceful and thorough. And we have hired them to come back this weekend when we're away to install the new water heater. Swell isn't the biggest superlative I'd give them...but Amazing is already taken by another plumbing company. Swell will have to do...and we're glad for our having had Jason call (and call, and email) to make sure we knew he was serious about our business.

Jason and his new guy Collin were great. We lost all water to our house and Jason restored it in just a couple house. The main coming from the well head to the house sheared in half and Jason and Collin put us back together.

Jason is a very experienced licensed journeyman plumber and pipe fitter now starting his own plumbing business. He has excellent skills and is a joy to get to know. Was able to come out same day (on a weekend) and fix hose bib, did a great job! Also checked to make sure everything was working correctly and no leaks.
