I was having issues with my tub and shower's water pressure. Swell Construction came in, identified the problem, and went out and got the part right away to fix it. It ended up taking additional work and they worked with me to price out the work needed. It was a great experience and I will be using them again.

The installation was completed seamlessly, on budget, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The contractor took the time to explain the new system to me and answer any questions I had. Had a water heater issue. I went to Angi's list and entered my info and Jason called. I explained my situation, he came out, free of charge and gave me his best assessment. He gave a professional, knowledgable opinion and bid. He did great work. He is definitely going to be my regular go to for any plumbing and possibly other home improvement needs in the future. I highly recommend him as an owner/operator who understands the customer side of the spectrum and providing excellent work and customer service. Definitely runs a 5 star business. Had an overflowing hot water tank, unsure of what caused the issue; Jason called and after explaining my situation, agreed to come out at no charge to look at the situation and try to assess the proper solution. Professional, knowledgable and gave us much needed piece of mind that we didn't need a new unit but there are some repairs needed that aren't pressing on the intake valve; appreciated the honesty and upfront discussion; he stayed to ensure that the restart of the system didn't create the same issues we had with the overflow situation; on a Sunday no less! Will be hiring him to come fix the non emergency water intake valve situation after the holiday. Even though he was ready to leave without charging us anything, we were very impressed with his attitude and knowledge and that fact he gave us piece of mind we weren't in any danger, and we did not let him leave without giving him an early Christmas bonus tip! Highly recommend.
