Troy is absolutely TERRIFIC!!! He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of his job. Purchasing a home is very nerve wracking but Troy really takes care of you as a customer and will answer any question or address any concerns you may have. My experience with Troy at Royal T Home Inspection was fantastic! This is my second home purchase but my first new construction purchase, and I was very nervous to find a good home inspector. I didnt know anyone in the area so I literally googled until I found Troys company with already great recommendations. I said a quick prayer and made the call and from the moment we spoke I knew my brand new home was in good hands. Troys inspection process is very thorough, very efficient and with easily understood recommendations. And although weve never met because of my busy schedule I had absolutely no issues or misunderstandings within this entire process. Royal T was easy breezy which is exactly what I wanted while purchasing a new home around the holidays I was stressed enough. So Troy took over and didnt miss a beat and made it all so wonderful.
