Dear Mr. H., First and foremost, I'm truly sorry that you were taken advantage of by a roofing company. That?s an incredibly frustrating and unfair experience, and I regret that I wasn?t available to support you during that time. As you may recall, I was recovering from a serious automobile accident and spent several months in the hospital, unable to work or respond to inquiries. Once I became aware of your situation, I reached out immediately to help however I could. I gathered the available information and initiated an insurance claim in hopes of recovering some of the costs for your roof. Unfortunately, the claim was denied due to a complete lack of documentation, there wasn?t a single photo or supporting image provided that I could submit to the insurance company. Based on the age of the home at the time of inspection, the roof surface was estimated to have approximately 5-10 years of remaining life. I also want to respectfully correct a statement in your review: the claim that I refused to answer phone calls from a lawyer is simply not true. I answer every phone call I receive, and I have never been contacted by any attorney-by phone, email, or mail, regarding your situation. Had I received any such communication, I would have responded promptly and professionally, as I always do. Since your inspection in late 2016, our team has completed thousands of successful property inspections.
