Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If you are removing trees, limbs or getting stumps ground, these are the guys to call from Traverse City to Pentwater/Hart. I live in Ludington and had 32 trees removed at my residential home, along with all stumps ground, and clean-up. Unbelievable experience from the start. Jesse the owner is an up and coming leader in this business with his knowledge and drive. His wife Danielle could not have been more cordial, quick on follow-up, and accurate with her appointments. Even through some staffing issues and equipment issues they never missed a beat and got the 5 day job done on time, and at budget. Foreman Sean Williamson was outstanding. His smarts and work ethic showed brightly. I watched him do a complicated job, all while teaching two different new hires. Seriously, I expect Roman Empire LLC to be booked as far as they want with the standard they are setting. VERY professional! They took great care to take care of the specific limbs we needed trimmed. Workers were knowledgeable and cleaned up all the trimmings. I d definitely recommend them!
