Enjoyed working with Jesse. He was professional, gave me a written quote, came and did the work as agreed and most of all cleaned up after the job was done - overall a good experience. I would hire him again. Oh, I asked him a question about doing some root removal and he explained that I could easily do it myself and wouldn't really have to hire him to do the job.

Jesse and his one man crew (someone called in sick) did a great job taking down 14 cedar trees, about 2 stories tall, and two pine trees close to the house, each about 3 stories tall, as well as trimming overhanging branches of a maple tree. They cleaned up the area and were respectful of our neighbors. There was one little problem in taking down the biggest pine but Jesse jumped into action and the problem was corrected in a professional manner by the next morning. I erred when I received the estimate in that I thought the job including stump grinding. It did not but that was my fault in making that assumption so make sure you know first. We have asked them back for stump grinding and have a couple of large trees that will need taken down in the future. I will contact Roman Empire for future tree work.

Jesse Roman did a first rate job trimming our 100-year-old Norwegian spruce to keep it off a neighbor's utility lines and trimming a birch to keep it off our roof. He also did a masterful job and trimming/thinning a maple to protect it from high winds. He removed a lot of branches but you can hardly tell. As a result we get to keep the shade tree our family loves. Clean-up was quick and thorough. Customer service was superb. He spent time answering my questions and explaining how we can maintain the health and prolong the life of our trees. It pays to hire an arborist.

Jesse was very professional and pleasant to work with. I showed him the trees that needed to be cut at our cottage near Tustin, MI. He did the work without me being there but kept me well informed of his schedule. He sent me pictures when they were done. When we arrived at our cottage we found things to be cleanup up very well and the wood was stacked as promised. They also ground 4 stumped for us. Overall.....a very good experience.

Jesse did a great job cutting down a tree that was hit by lightning. He arrived at 6:30 pm after putting in a full day of cutting trees elsewhere. He is super friendly. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

Jesse did a great the job was very technical it had 3 large elmers trees with large limbs hanging over two barns that need to be removed it was terrible conditions high heat and humidity and he worked thru it for two days then even came back on a Saturday to do extra trimming on limbs that hanged over home. He had to travel 2 half hours to do my job He is a man of his word showed back up and finished job me and and my wife is very happy with his work. Very responsible priced !

Jesse was professional,prompt and efficient. He had to troubleshoot some stump grinding in dune sand and found a solution. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend his tree service.
