Good communication. Makes you aware he is insured properly. Follows up with phone calls to arrange for an estimate and best time to show. Upon arrival. Jesse is straight forward, discussing different removal strategies vs their cost differences. Once coming to agreement a contract is signed. Once tree removal is on its way. He is naturally looking at the safest way to fell troublesome trees, while securing a safe work zone. Everything landed where he discussed prior of felling the trees. I paid him. On his way he went. Jesse is a customer-focused professional. Removing large trees is difficult and dangerous work. The Roman Empire team did a great job removing our 100 year old oak tree, cutting it up, cleaning up the branches and did so without any damage to our deck, home or property. Great firm, great people!
