First and foremost, RRC did quality work. We had deck railing replaced, wanted a quality job but did not want to spend too much. RRC came out, gave us a quick list of options, and provided a competitive quote within a couple of hours. After speaking with RRC, I cancelled my remaining estimators and went directly with RRC. We had some bad weather during the weeks leading up to the install, but RRC kept us fully informed and up to date on timing of the install. The installer was very polite, did a few extra touches to increase the quality, used excellent materials, and completed the job very quickly. We are extremely pleased.

Zack was amazing. His detailed estimate was accurate and inclusive. He was prompt every day and was considerate of our time and circumstances while on site. He has an engaging personality which made it a pleasure to have him at our home. He worked in rain and snow without complaint to complete our project in a timely manner. The completed deck is beautiful. I can certainly recommend him for any home repair or major construction project.

I hired Zak to build exterior stairs for my home in January, and couldnâ  t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Zak demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. We had a terribly DIY-ed deck from the houseâ s previous owner and it was definitely unsafe. Zack and his colleague (apologies for forgetting his name - Chad maybe?) demolished it very quickly and built us a set of sturdy pressure-treated stairs with a 4 foot platform that same afternoon. They cleaned up very well after themselves and we are very happy with the work that was done. Courteous, friendly - couldnâ t ask more. Thanks!

Rock River Construction just completed a major home repair for me and I'm extremely happy with the results. I had a large tree fall on my house that caused significant damage to my home's roof and inside of the master bedroom. This job included demolition of the damaged areas, framing, roofing, drywall, insulation and finish work. The owner, Zak, and his small crew took care of everything to get the job done quickly and done right. I had several estimates done for this job and RRC was by far the most personable and professional of the construction companies that I dealt with. Zak provided great communication from the original estimate straight through the completion of the project. They were efficient, highly skilled, and hard working. They always maintained a clean work area and they produced top notch results. My family is extremely happy to have a solid roof over our heads and our master bedroom back in commission! We very much appreciate RRC's efforts to get the job done quicker and better than we ever expected! I'd definitely use them again for any future building or repair needs and I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a skilled, hardworking, fair and reliable builder.

They came when they said they would, and stayed until the job was done! Everything was cleaned and all old material disposed of. They were kind and very helpful above and beyond what they signed up for

Super honest, showed up on time completed project on budget. And he even promises to come back and Reseal around my roof vent at no charge.

This deck provided some unusual problems as there had been a deck in the space before. There was a discovery of rot on the wall in back of the back plate. There were also five footers for the previous deck and the new deck required only two. The finished deck is safe, clean, well constructed, well designed and a joy for the homeowners . Zake (the builder) and his dad were wonderful. He came quickly, gave me a fair estimate and completed the job in 3 days. Amazing!!!

While the deck was a little more than I wanted to spend the results were perfect and it was money well spent. Zach communicated extremely well, gave me a quote within 24 hours of surveying the job. Talked to me about what he was planning to do. Completed the work within 3 days. Replacing the deck boards, railings, and steps. Would highly recommend
