I hired them to repair a home generator, my issue is that they tried to sell me a new one instead of fixing it. I paid 560.00 for them to tell me they could not fix, I found out from another company the issue was a circuit board that can be replaced for 300.00.

First and foremost were are very sorry to hear your generator is still not functioning after our follow up with you on this review. As your are aware we were out on 2 separate occasions with 2 different technicians to see if the unit was repairable. We take great pride in our generator service departments honesty and the great reputation we have built over the last 30 years in business. As of our last service call in April of 2019. The generatorÂ’s engine will not run because of low compression due to its advanced age of almost 20 years. We did recommend replacing the unit and stand by that assessment. We understand per our discussion regarding this review that another company has stated that the issue was the circuit board however to date they have not been able to find the required part and repair the unit. Unfortunately even if the circuit board is replaced the engines compression issue will not be addressed. We will never in good conscience recommend replacing parts at great cost to you or anyone else if we donÂ’t feel it will address the issue properly. That being said, we would be happy to assist you in the future in finding a replacement generator for your home. - Benjamin

They came quickly and did a professional job on the installation of an outlet for a fireplace insert. They also were able to trace a problem with an overhead bathroom light switch. I’m very happy with the work.

Highly recommended. If you want professional, personable, efficient and neat clean job from beginning to end, then hire them. From staff setting up appointment to the technicians they are the ones to ease your mind. We had a whole house generator installed, along with a 500 gallon propane tank (not installed by Rinker) but who coordinated the timing and placement with them and worked with them to make sure it worked properly. The information given after the install on how it works, what to look for and who to call was nothing short of peace of mind. Thank you
