Ben explained to me that his workers would show up around 7:30 and it would take most of the day to complete the job. The guys were at my home until 3:30 in the afternoon. The great thing was i was only without power for a couple of hours. No more then 3 until they were able to get power back and continue to work with other things they needed to do to complete the job. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, didn't even leave a screw behind! Great work guys!

Estimate was given with a walk tru of the home and observations of areas of concern.  The home is in decent shape but some of the registers were ailing in appearance and care for heat, switches were loose from use, several outlets did not work and the garage service was underwhelming (extension cord to run the garage door etc.).  Within 2 days the estimate was ready for review and we agreed to terms very quickly.  No sales job or push items added, just honest concerns to think about like when to replace house service.  The tandem of service folks arrived on time and on the date agreed, was an hour late due to bad roads but called in advance to ensure that would be ok.  Love the fact that they treated home like theirs, no mess not picked up, TOOK SHOES off without asking please.   Work was completed in a day and satisfaction confirmed on each item before leaving.  Under estimate by $50.00 dollars and no follow up.  List was ~10 items of fixes and upgrades.

Ben and his staff are always professional and the jobs were always done according to schedule. Ben was prompt about getting back to us with any questions that arose before or after the job. We never had to worry about the quality of the work being done.

I purchased a new hot tub and needed to have a dedicated electrical line run from the basement to the hot tub which is on an exterior deck. I first contacted the company by their website and received a call back from Mr Rinker that very same day. We arranged a time for an estimate and he came promptly, exactly when arranged. I received an estimate promptly. When it came time to arrange for the actual work to be done...it took a few phone calls before I got a response, but with some persistence they called me to schedule the job. They came exactly when expected, were polite and the work was done quickly and professionally. Received an invoice via email the next day for the price as expected per the estimate. Overalll I would use them again. I think like many service companies they are busy and sometimes don't get back to you right away, so you have to be persistent.

We were quite satisfied with what they did about three weeks ago; so we used them again.  The first job was $200 and the second job cost us $2100.  Their prices were quite reasonable for the work they did.  They even cleaned up after themselves.  They went above and beyond.  During their first visit, they were probably about fifteen to twenty minutes late from when they said they would be here, but that was fine.

Rep. that came to the house was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Work was well done.  Pleasantly surprised that payment wasn't required up front - and a bill sent instead.  Would definitely recommend.

He was very good in getting back to me after my initial contact.  Follow up calls were also prompt and polite.   They came on the day scheduled.  to install the generator.  Very professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves.  I am very pleased with the service.  I would not hesitate to call Ben Rinker again for electrical service.

I contacted Ben Rinker via email on his website late one night and received a call back THE VERY NEXT MORNING.  I needed to replace exterior boxes and wiring before having new siding installed.  After comparing prices (and most importantly) professionalism, Ben Rinker won hands down!!  A gentleman name Devin came out to see the old boxes and gave an estimate.  While there, he went above and beyond and inspected old wiring on the inside of the home in addition to testing electrical sockets.  He made suggestions on future upgrading and also pointed out a few existing fire hazards that could have been costly (even deadly!) in the long run. I am pretty confident my "eclectrical IQ" when up a few points after hanging out with Devin for a short time. :-)  He is very knowledgeable in his field and not afraid to "share the wealth" and educate his customers.  The estimate price given was very competitive compared to other electricians in the area.  Aside from price, I was very impressed how quickly they got started on the work...less than a week from receiving the accepted estimate!  I was even more impressed by the constant communication by both Ben and the workers assigned to my job.  I was kept updated every step of the way, which was very important to me considering I live in a state 800 miles away from where the work was being done.  The work was complete in just a few days and they did a wonderful job.  My siding contractor even commented on how spectacular their work was and how easy they made it for him to flush the wiring seamlessly into the siding. My overall experience with Ben Rinker was PERFECTION.  From now on, Ben is my dedicated electrician.  I would recommend his company to anyone! Again and again and again....
