They were fast and efficient... friendly and did a great job, I will definitely be calling them back for future work I would like done in my home.

I dealt with Devon from the Ben Rinker Elec. he was very professional, very knowledgeable and it was a great pleasure dealing with him. The work was performed over 2 day and was completed satisfactorily. the guys cleaned up very well you wouldnt be able to tell that that any work was just done.  I had baseboard heating put in all bedrooms (4), and the Dinning room/reading room (2). the baseboards have worked efficiently and effectively. I would not hesitate to use Ben Rinker again.

They were very prompt, even came early. Also, explained everything to me and were very professional and neat cleaning up. The work was completed in less than four hours, and that included picking up two fans which I explained exactly what types I wanted.

Great service, great workmanship.  Job was completed to my satisfaction.  I would use them again.

He charged me double of his quote, which he didn't inform me of. The work itself was fine.

Ben Rinker's Crew is very knowledgeable and professional from the detailed pre-job walk down for estimating and planning to the installation technicians.  The team came prepared with all the materials and expertise required.  The system works as designed - the work has the look of quality craftsmanship.  I got exactly what I wanted done exactly when the Rinker people said they would The perfect Job.

It went wonderful. I liked their service and they did a good job. They took their time, explained everything to me and responded to my calls when I had questions.

My experience with Ben Rinker Electrical Contracting was really good. He did his survey, gave us a very reasonable quote and answered all of our questions. He even informed us what will work best for us rather than just write an estimate for whatever. He and his workers were very polite.

I called Ben Rinker for a price on the work that I needed done. Devin returned my call in a timely fashion and we set up a time to look over the job. He arrived early and was good about clarifying what I wanted and offering his professional opinion as to how to be cost effective in the changes I requested. He needed time to provide the quote and determine when it could be scheduled but gave me a rough idea on site. I got my quote and scheduled within a day when he got back to me. Devin has always been great about getting back to me within 24 hours of when I leave a message.  On the day of the work the guys showed up and took the initiative to begin working as agreed upon when I was unable to be there for the start. They steadily worked all day and completed the work in a timely fashion. They apologized to me about tracking some mud from the parking area which was only a minor issue for me. The work was performed slightly different from agreed but after a phone call to Devin, they came back the next day and immediately corrected the differences to what I had clarified.  In totall, there were 2 minor issues that were resolved for me because of the professional way Devin handled everything. For me, there has been a relationship of trust built there because of this professionalism.  I would recommend them to anyone as a reasonable company who will work with you.

They did a high-quality job despite the cold weather and lack of heat at the site.
