The service person was polite, he worked quickly without making much of a mess which he offered to clean up.  Since there was only a little dust on the carpet I did it myself.  My rug had to be swept anyway.

I called them on a Monday, they came and did the work on Tuesday morning.  They were very professional and answered all my questions.  They even hung the vhood for me and did it as if it was being installed in their home (attention to detail to hand it right, not fast). Gave me options for the disposal, fished the lines, and installed the switch right where I wanted it.  Gave me a cord too for the outlet/disposal. In and out in just over 2 hours.

They were very good.  They did a nice job with everything and even though it was a long list of work they completed it within a day and a half.  They were excellent.  They did a good job with cleanup and were professional.

They provided timely service. They were dependable. Their cost was reasonable. They provided good workmanship. I rate them high overall.

He or his partner came in did the job, cleaned up and left.  A credit to their profession.

Ben came out a few days after initially contacting him.  He reviewed the system and found/fixed the main problem.  He wrote up an estimate for the other work I wanted along with some additional options.  After discussing the options we decided on a worklist and his people came out the next morning.  They had everything installed within two hours and all equipment was functioning perfectly.  I was very pleased with the response time, quality of work, and price and would use Ben again in the future.

It went very well. He gave us an estimate, started the job within a week or so, and finished in a day or two. He and his crew were professional and did a great job. We had no trouble at all. If he was not here with his crew, he would stop by when they finished to inspect their work.
