This company sooooo disappointing during Texas storms. We've contacted Lowes which they were contracted with. They are bullies, threatening, disrespectful to customers and fraudulent. Overcharging on prices and manipulating customers for money. Installing old batteries on new units and charging almost $300 to replace. I think they get customers to give 5 star reviews, but I know at least 5 people that have found a new Generac Service Company to work with. They hung up on me - forced me to try to overpay on a battery and tried to get the cost of their service warranty for a generator that's never worked well since their installation. They tried to blame Generac - but it is their service that's so terrible!! The people they send to do the work are messy, disrespectful and strange... I would advise anyone purchasing a generator from Lowes, Home Depot or anywhere else to make sure your installer IS NOT RICKMAN Services - You will regret it in the long run, I promise!!! They are trying to take advantage of the recent storms customers have been experiencing and the demand for generators by price gouging and other fraudulent activities - it will be interesting to see where this company lands with their deceitful and tricky tactics. Stay Away From Them!!!

They will be on time and will do the Job to correctly and afterwards walk you through the whole Project to teach you how to operate all Equipment

The appointment was easy to schedule, the two techs who did the work were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in explaining what they were doing and why.

Two men did an annual service call on my home generator unit. Arrived on time and went right to work. Very good job, no mess left. Very Professional work. Also, took extra time to get me a replacement quote on water heater needing work. Will keep them first in mind if needed for repairs, etc. in future.

A great team came out and completed all the installations. The job looks great. Everything was demonstrated and tested prior to departure.
