Overall experience was great!

Installation of standby generator. Three, 2 man, crews, completed the install. One crew began preparing the location for the pad; the second crew began the electric install and the third crew began the gas hook up.. Very professional, completing their task. I was impressed with their work ethics completing their task function along side the other teamâ  s tasks functions being completed.

It's only been one week, but so far it's been good

Didnâ t notice all my lights didnâ t come on two days later. When they powered back up..!instead of hearing â wellâ . I heard we will take a look at it. They fixed it. Very impressed. I would recommend this company.

They offered the lowest price and did great work. Would recommend to anyone needing a generator.

These guys are professionals and are whole house generator experts. The number of whole house generators they have installed caught my attention big time.

Rikman was very good about timing and following through with commitments.

Rikman showed up! Our generator caught fire on New Yearâ s Day and had to be replaced. We called several contractors, a couple that bid our generator install then vaporized. Rikman kept in touch, we are still in mid install getting some inspection infractions cleared up. My only complaint is some plants were ruined by trenching. Overall great service and crew. The electrician Rodney was especially caring and competent. We have a mini golden doodle who was determined to help him and he just let her supervise with lots of pets all while doing his job. Everyone on the crew was personable and polite. Some of the other bids were lower, but again they didnâ t show up. Rikman seemed knowledgeable about new code and what it was going to take to replace our burned generator.
