We are very satisfied with the work done by. Carey, Restoration Services. We had 3 access panels installed in the living room, bedroom & hall. Carey was prompt, brought the right tools & cleaned up when done.

Cary was a professional from start to finish. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and kept up timely communication throughout the process whether it was getting me a quote, setting expected timelines, letting me know when he would be onsite, updating me on progress... In short, he told me what he was going to do then he did it. Sounds simple but this behavior alone sets him above most of his peers, in my experience. Once Cary and his crew arrived on site they set to getting the work done and did it well and thoroughly, even adjusting deliverables based on conversations we had during the project. We were very happy with the finished product and will absolutely bring Restoration back for any additional work we need done. When it came time to settle up, the price he quoted was the price he charged - with an expected adjustment for additional work done. A value for the quality of work done. This was a project I was dreading - Lakewood home built in 1901 with a lot of cracked and flaking plaster - but working with Cary and his crew made it a positive experience; I couldn't recommend him more highly!

This was our first time using Cary and Restoration Services. Theyâ re on time and let you know if theyâ re running late. They arrive daily until the work is done. They clean up after each day. And you honestly never know what kind of quality of work youâ re going to get unless you hear it from someone you know. All the jobs we had for them were restoring our walls back to their original state after water damage. Our walls were done expertly â ¦ there was not one thing I would have them redo. I almost feel like the walls were better after they fixed them than before the damage occurred. . We could not have hoped for a better end result and would highly recommend them.

Cary and his son Evan did an Amazing job. It is very difficult to find a real plasterer for old homes that know what to do... Whilst being true to the craftsmanship of the era this is a lost skill. Cary and Evan were great at communicating, down to earth and went above and beyond. My whole second floor was repaired and smooth coated 2x the price was honest and very reasonable. I will not just hire them again but also recommend to anyone else who is looking for good people that know what they are doing. Cary and Evan thank you so much for making my house beautiful as I imagined.
