Juan is highly qualified IT professional; he offered a number of solutions to my networking problem but never tried to oversell. He installed ca 130ft Ethernet line from ATT box via attic to one of the bedrooms. Installation was challenging but he and his co-worked did a fantastic job; I recommend Juan and Redlight Solutions.

Juan knew exactly what was wrong with my Mac via our telephone conversation and offered to stop by Micro Center and pick up a new hard drive on his way to my house. After replacing the hard drive the Mac booted right up, something I hadn't been able to get it to do in 6 months! He then helped me get everything copied over from my last backup and helped me with some new settings for things to run better. I will definitely keep his card handy!! Thanks Juan.

Although I was pleased with his work, I called him an hour after his scheduled time of arrival. He was sorry and arrived 45 minutes later. He explained his appt didn't sync with his new phone. Otherwise I would ld have given him 5 stars.
