Six stars would better reflect their services than five stars. Juan Lopez and Barry are the best network (CAT 5/Telephone/Computer/Modem) wiring and computer networking professionals I have ever met. I called an internet service that supposedly had good reviews to repair a network connection and he ended up making it worse. Scrambling, and with an upset wife and children without internet, I Googled and found Redlight Solutions. I called at 9:00 pm on Wednesday night expecting to leave a message with an answering service. Juan picked up, stated he was finishing up a job in the area and could be at my house at 9:30pm. I was thankful and skeptical given what I just went through and went ahead and asked Juan to stop by my house. Juan and Barry showed up and were very professional and courteous individuals. I went through my issues and within a few minutes of analysis, they had a recommended solution. They had to run new network cables, drop new wires from the attic, connect the Ethernet plugs in the house (multiple other installation/connection items) and had everything up and running the same night. It was a large undertaking due to the damage previously caused by AT&T and Comcast crews that had no idea what they are doing. Their pricing was more than fair and Redlight Solutions will be the only company I call and will be the only company I recommend to anyone with networking repair/install requirements.
