George Stewart had replaced our roof last year and at the time, suggested we have the back patio roof repaired. We put it off. Last week George stopped by, reintroduced himself, and again recommended the patio roof needed repair. He was able to do the work immediately. We agreed on a price and before we knew it, his workers were up on the roof and worked steadily until it was finished. George and his workers were considerate, hard-working, responsible and efficient. In the process George initiated interest in our families, where our children lived, etc. I mentioned my daughter and her husband were medical missionaries in Africa. Today when George came for the payment, he took $200 off the bill and said to give it to my daughter and the organization she represents. What a gift of kindness! It blew me away! So, not only is George Stewart a hard working and honest roofer, he is also very kind and personable. I recommend him highly!

George with Suncoast Coatings did a phenomenal job on repainting our exterior home. He was clean neat and meticulous. George was easy to work with and helped us identify colors we would like. Best of all we did not pay anything till we were satisfied who does that these days.

GEORGE was a blessing he reached out very quickly knew exactly what I needed was there the following day and finished the same day and not only the fast professional service but a great price and it turned out beautiful. I moved to San Tan when my brother passed this was his home so me not knowing much about projects George made this so easy and stress free for me definitely a blessing 🙌 in when I arrived home to see the job it brought tears. Responded quickly to my request for bids. Had previously painted this same house 8 yrs ago. Made the process seamless. Already knew the house specs and paint needs.from time of bid request to actual job being done was a week. Team that came out was excellent and very efficient. George the contractor was very good at communicating. Price was very competitive. Entire house exterior was completed in 8 hours. Very impressed with time frame and quality of work.
