Reviews
Write a ReviewStan is knowledgeable in his field and worked with us on a tight timeline.
Gentleman was very knowledgeable.
Easy to work with. Experienced. Solved the problem.
Came out quickly and did a great job.
Very disorganized and sloppy. Never did fix the problem and he could not he said to call someone else.
We were called to this house because the homeowner was selling it and a radon test was done that came back high. A competitor had put a system in previously that apparently did not successfully lower his levels, Not sure WHY the seller did not have them retest after it is completed? We made a recommendation about what "modifications" to the system we felt might be done to possibly lower the levels. We retested. Still high. We replaced the fan he was using in favor of a much stronger one, We retested. Still high. When we originally arrived at his house the exterior walls of his basement were un-accessible due to personal belongings against them. After further investigation along the walls. we discovered that there were extensive "cracks: that had never been caulked and sealed. You could actually hear coming from some of them (which was the vacuum our fan had placed on the slab). We took a fair amount of time to move his personal belongings and seal them and then retest. His radon levels came back at 2.5. We had given a verbal price on what we "speculated:" might fix it. But we stated that we were working with someone else system and there were no guarantees. We drove out to the house (30 miles round trip) on three separate occasions to conduct radon tests or to seal his walls, We only charged him for the initial work and 1 test. We later submitted a bill for the additional work ($200) to his brother-in-law who was his real estate agent and had "referred" him to us after we had helped him with other clients. We were simply trying to help someone lower their levels in time for their real estate closing! We DID that, (where others could not). He sold his house for $420,000. He never paid his final bill! And we have TEST results to document that his levels were low! I think we went "beyond the call of duty" on his house! I know I can sleep at night! I hope he can!
Too busy, very popular and you need to call and follow up constantly or out of sight out of mind. Very apologetic, and came through but slow to get started. When he is on the job "great work" and very professional
Good company. Was quick to respond to my calls. Offered a two phase approach doing phase one and seeing if we obtained necessary results which we did. If not then would have gone to phase two which would have cost a little more. Good approach to my situation.
Very professional and courteous.
All involved were very professional
Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous
